QA on Purchase Appraisal

What information is required for an appraisal of heavy equipment or construction machinery?

The machine model and model type information are required for an appraisal.
If possible, please also provide details regarding the machine’s condition and operating hours shown on the hour meter.
To ensure a more accurate valuation, we recommend sending photos of the equipment along with any materials that clearly show its condition.

How is the appraisal conducted?

We provide free on-site appraisals anywhere in Japan.
The appraisal itself is free of charge, and there are no additional costs even if you decide not to sell the equipment.

Are there any fees after the appraisal?

The quoted appraisal amount includes pickup costs.
No additional fees will be charged, and the full quoted amount will be paid as presented.

How does the payment process work after the appraisal?

To ensure a smooth and reliable transaction for our customers, payment is made either in advance before the equipment is collected or in cash on the day of pickup, once you agree to the appraisal amount.

Can you appraise damaged or non-operational machinery?

Yes. We can provide competitive appraisals for damaged or non-operational machinery as well.
We will offer a competitive appraisal based on the machine’s condition.

How do equipment pickup and payment work?

Please send the necessary documents required for pickup in advance via email or fax, such as the vehicle inspection certificate, power of attorney, and certificate of seal registration.
We will collect the equipment on your designated date and provide immediate cash payment or transfer the funds to your specified bank account. For registered vehicles, a copy of the updated vehicle registration will be sent after the ownership transfer has been completed.
