Mr./Ms. K in Tomioka City, Gunma Prefecture, requested repairs due to an oil leak from the hydraulic cylinder of an attachment used at a demolition site.

Due to deterioration of the dust seal, debris entered the interior through the degraded area, causing an oil leak. Normal operation was not possible, significantly reducing work efficiency and slowing the pace of on-site work.

All internal head cap seals and piston seals were replaced to fundamentally repair the oil leak and internal leakage. If internal leakage is present, it can lead to issues such as natural lowering, preventing normal operation and reducing work efficiency. In the worst case, it may develop into hydraulic system failure or control valve clogging, potentially resulting in costly repairs such as a control valve overhaul, etc.
