We recently received an inquiry from a customer in Tokyo regarding an oil leak from the hydraulic pump of a Morooka crawler fork “MF25V-3.” Due to years of use, the seals inside the pump had deteriorated, causing oil to seep out during operation. This not only impaired the forklift’s functionality but also posed potential safety risks at the worksite. The customer had a strong desire to “restore the machine to safe operating condition as quickly as possible.”

If oil leaks from the hydraulic pump are left unaddressed, the risk of power loss and operational malfunctions increases, potentially leading to machine shutdown or serious accidents in the worst case. Therefore, we proposed repair work including an overhaul of the pump’s internal components. We provided support to restore the machine to a safe and highly efficient operating condition.
