We received a call from a customer in Kiryu City, Tochigi Prefecture, saying, “The line hose on our CAT 320C has deteriorated and is leaking oil.” With the need to minimize downtime on site, a prompt repair was required.

If left as is, it could have led to a ruptured line hose and potentially a failure of the entire hydraulic system. We quickly assessed the hose’s condition and performed an on-site replacement in the shortest possible time.

Although this is an older Caterpillar backhoe, with proper repairs and maintenance, you can keep your valuable machine in service for a long time.
