We help overseas buyers, dealers and rental companies fix and add value to excavators and heavy equipment purchased in Japan before it ships — and we coordinate the logistics that come after, together with licensed partner carriers and customs brokers.

SERVICE 01
Pre-export repair & maintenance
Our core business is construction machinery repair. We diagnose and fix the problems that stop machines from shipping or selling — oil leaks, hydraulic issues, engine trouble, undercarriage wear, electrical faults — and service machines so they arrive in working order.
Repairs are subject to parts availability and machine condition — we confirm feasibility before quoting.
SERVICE 02
Painting & sheet metal work
A repainted, dent-free machine sells faster and for more. We carry out full or partial repainting, sheet metal and dent repair, glass replacement and cosmetic refurbishment — a cost-effective way to add value while your machine waits for its vessel.
SERVICE 03
Attachments & modification
We install and plumb hydraulic breakers, quick couplers, grapples and other attachments, and carry out modification work to match the machine to its next job — so it goes to work the day it lands.
SERVICE 04
Domestic transport arrangement
Bought a machine far from the port? We arrange low-bed and trailer transport anywhere in Japan — from Hokkaido to Okinawa — through licensed Japanese carriers, and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules on your behalf.
Transport is performed by licensed carriers. Freight is billed at cost together with our arrangement fee.

Container vanning at our own yard
Loading a 20-ton machine into a container takes the right equipment and the right hands. At our yard in Saitama we handle dismantling for loading, ramp loading, blocking and lashing — documented with photos at every step.
SERVICE 06
Export coordination
Customs clearance and vessel booking are handled by our partner licensed customs brokers and forwarders. We coordinate the whole chain — workshop, documents, vanning, handover — so you deal with one contact instead of five.

We arrange collection from the auction yard or seller through licensed carriers, or you deliver it to us. We photograph and report the arrival condition.

Vanning & handover
We load, block and lash the machine into the container at our yard and hand over to the forwarder. Customs and booking are coordinated with our partner licensed customs brokers.
