Hello, this is Saijuki Engineering.

Today we show an engine repair on a Komatsu PC10UU-2 mini excavator. The customer asked for help because the engine suddenly stopped while they were unloading the machine from a transport truck, and it would not start again. When we asked for details, they told us the battery had been connected during loading and unloading. Let’s start the repair.

Repair Method

First, find the cause. We replaced the battery. The starter turned, but the engine did not start.
Clean the fuel element and check that the fuel line is not clogged.
We found that the cause was the stop solenoid not moving.
Opening the fuse box, we found a blown fuse and replaced it with a new one.
We confirmed that the stop solenoid returned to its normal position and checked that the engine starts. There were no problems, so the job was complete.

Repair Details
